comfortable room, comfortable atmosphere with friendly staff who provided a late check-out when I needed it most and a convenient location just seconds from the highway for easy access to explore the area.

It was all fantastic.

I absolutely adored the cozy fireplace in the lobby; it made me feel so at home during my stay. The hotel's thoughtful decor and comfortable seating areas were perfect for relaxing and chatting with other guests. Additionally, the hotel's easy accessibility for us seniors was admirable, with convenient amenities and a welcoming atmosphere, making our stay truly delightful.

I would have appreciated a more comprehensive selection of reading materials for seniors in the lobby.

I think the hotel was modern and quiet little, would stay here again. Everything was well-maintained, lovely stuff, good views to the nature. The location was marvellous and beautiful, if you need to be close enough to monuments and a national park. Greatly enjoyed that food was freshly made. The service was top-notch. Brand-new facilities and the pool was good.

It was in a central location, to the activities we wanted to do.

The hotel was in a central setting to Polar Express. the room was wonderful and absolutely perfect when upgraded with a coffee machine and a microwave. - Wonderful and lovely property staff in the afternoon, outstanding service and friendliness. - We enjoyed the property and would stay here again.

The service was exceptional, always with a smile. Marvellous setting, next to all the restaurants and shops, GC South Rim and Williams and the national park entrance.

Stuff and location are very good here, had a great stay for one night. The location is convenient, 1 mile from Buckskinner Park. Btw, its a 10-15 minute walk from city center. Lots of different restaurants and bars to eat outside the hotel.

My room was noisy

The place was ideal, fairly clean, had nice staff and rooms. Very comfy beds, central heating, multi-channel TV and a fridge in the room. Our new favorite place to stay in Williams.

The staff is obliging and kind. Outstanding service and friendliness in the afternoon. - Convenient central location with bars and restaurants nearby. - Close to main tourist attractions such as monuments and a national park.

Excellent hotel. Simple, but meets all expectations. Clean, organized, good breakfast. Great service. Parking. Guest Laundry. Anyway, complete.
